It's almost time for Sydney to head back to school so
today we made a visit to Sydney's school, Davis Elementary (also where Bryan teaches) for her teacher "Meet & Greet".
Sydney is going to be in Mrs. Washington's 2nd grade class this year and we couldn't be more excited about it. Mrs. Washington has quite the reputation at Davis of being one of the best teachers in the school...so yea, we are excited! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that she is in 2nd grade.
Syd also got to meet her super good looking PE teacher...the one and only Coach Jones. ;) Sydney thinks it's pretty cool that her daddy is her PE teacher!

Busy at work: organizing her desk and putting her school supplies away.I'm bummed I forgot to take a picture of Sydney with Mrs. Washington, but I'll have Bryan take one of them together on her first day of school.

Wow! How exciting! I was a 2nd grade teacher for 10 years until we found out that M had CF. I just quit this January to take care of her at home. 2nd graders are the best! She looks so excited! Hope she has a great school year!
