Aside from the KD Parent's Weekend with Sydney we had plenty of events to keep us busy the entire month of October. There were lots of soccer games for Bryce, but I will do a single post of the entire season instead.
Let's start with a 50 year anniversary (give or take a few years) for my parents. If you know, you know.
Just 4 of the 5 pictured. Jay wasn't able to make the celebration.
Next up was Jordyn's 19th birthday! I didn't get to see Jordyn on her actual birthday, which killed me, but she came home for the weekend so we could celebrate her.
Her roommate and a few friends surprised her on her actual birthday with a little celebration in her dorm room. Jordyn's roommate texted me to ask for some of her favorite treats, which made my mom heart so happy.
Both girls made time to come home for early voting. This was Jordyn's first ever vote and although not Sydney's first vote, it was her first presidential vote. Exciting stuff!
Bryan and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary.
Sydney and her boyfriend attended her KD Fall Semi-Formal.
The last weekend of month Sydney had a few soccer games at KSU so we were able to go watch both of those games. Love it when her games are super close to home! Oh...and she scored a goal during one of the games, which was so fun to see.
The month ended with Halloween. Bryce was at the house long enough to humor me with a few photos before he was off with friends in another neighborhood.
The girls had Halloween fun at school too.
